This site makes available the "Good News Guide," a Christian ministry newsletter begun many years ago by Ray and Bess Maloy, long-time Chaplains at the Washington County, Maryland, Detention Center. My hope and prayer is that the GNG will continue to be used by the Lord as one of His means of blessing new and growing believers in Jesus Christ.
